Terms of purchase – TipAI Pro

1. Seller

TipAI is run by Aker Ventures AB, company reg. no. 559024-6384, Lövdalsvägen 4, 132 41 Saltsjö-Boo, Sweden. Email: hej@tipai.se.

2. The service

TipAI Pro is a subscription service in two versions.

Pro Family includes: (a) downloads of all five cheat sheets (PDF) once you have paid at least SEK 39 in total for the subscription (Family: from the third monthly payment, Small business: from the first), not during the trial, and for as long as the subscription is active, (a2) complete prompts in the Prompt Workshop (with role, context, format and examples) in the browser where you unlocked Pro via the link in our email, (b) a monthly email with a price watch & savings check, i.e. price changes on the AI tools in TipAI's price data and tips on subscriptions you can cancel or switch, and (c) new prompts and guides in the monthly email before they are published for free.

Pro Small business includes everything in Family plus (d) a downloadable library of ready-made bot and agent templates for common daily tasks, with inspiration examples and step-by-step setup guides. The template library can be downloaded from the first payment. New templates are added regularly. Help building your own bot is not included in the subscription but can be ordered on request via hej@tipai.se, at a price we quote separately.

Downloads are requested with your email at tipai.se. You keep what you have downloaded even if you cancel. TipAI provides guidance, not financial advice.

3. Price and payment

Pro Family costs SEK 19 per month and Pro Small business SEK 99 per month. All fees are included. You pay by card via Stripe, and payment is taken monthly in advance.

4. Free trial

New customers get a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel the service during the trial, it automatically converts to a paid subscription for SEK 19/month (Family) or SEK 99/month (Small business). The first payment is taken on day 15 and then on the same day every month. We email you a reminder 7 days before the first payment.

5. Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you started the trial, without giving any reason. As the trial is free, you pay nothing if you withdraw within that time.

We send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email. If you have paid anything, you get your money back within 14 days from when we received your notice. The refund is made using the same payment method you used.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel the subscription at any time in the customer portal (hej@tipai.se). It is as easy as ordering. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Paid periods are not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal in section 5.

7. Business customers

If you buy Pro in the course of your business, the right of withdrawal in section 5 does not apply. The other terms apply.

7a. Cheat sheets (bundle, SEK 39)

The cheat sheets are only sold as a bundle of all five for SEK 39. Digital content delivered immediately. You agree that delivery starts immediately, and the right of withdrawal therefore ends.

8. Changes to price and terms

We notify you of changes to price or terms by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel the subscription before then.

9. Liability

Prices and terms at other AI providers may change without our knowledge. We state the source and date for all prices, but we are not liable for decisions you make based on our guidance. We are never liable for indirect damage. This limitation of liability does not apply if we have been grossly negligent or if mandatory law provides otherwise.

How we process your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

11. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first at hej@tipai.se. If we cannot agree, you as a consumer in Sweden can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), www.arn.se, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. We follow ARN’s recommendations.

12. Governing law

Swedish law applies to the contract. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory law of your home country.

Cancel subscription

Right of withdrawal for TipAI Pro

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you start the trial, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period runs at the same time as the trial. To withdraw, inform us clearly before the period ends, for example with the withdrawal button or the form below. If you have paid anything, we refund it no later than 14 days after receiving your notice.
